So first Belgium gets through to the next round of Eurovision.. Like whut?! I didn’t even like our song.
And now my MOM got me the 50 shades trilogy and tells me to read them and when she saw my face she was like preaching about how erotic books aren’t bad and that I’m such a prude. Then goes on about a documentary she saw about prostitution. I’m not a prude. I’ve read 50 shades and it’s not that I think erotic books are bad.. I think 50 shades just wasn’t a very well-written, or even very thought out book. That’s not the point though ok. WHAT IS MY LIFE?! If this is the way this day is going to continue on, can I please go back to bed now?
They were supposed to come home safe after having the time of their lives.
They didn’t.
I would like to pay my respects to and share the pain of the many parents who lost their child and the children who lost their parents and all of their friends and family, in the Belgian bus accident of last night in Sweden. My respects go out to the woman who found them and the emergency help that saved as many lives as they could. You are the heroes who saved the few children left and unfortunatly the bringers of bad news to the many relatives of the victimes.
Today my country is crushed by a national sadness, french and dutch unite in the grief they feel and lean on eachother as we say goodbye to 22 children, who were robbed of their future, 4 teachers and guides and 2 busdrives who left us their families, broken and torn.
i cried, i will cry again tomorrow and for many days on end oour country will be devestated but it is nothing compared to what the families of the victimes must feel. so with every ounce of strenght we have left, we ask for a minute of silence.
