Reading some of the comments pertaining to her death absolutely disgust me.

Yes, she lived a troubled life.  Yes, she wasn’t the best example.  Yes, she did some things to be ashamed of.

But she was a lovely and kind person, and gave us the greatest gift ever, songs that are going to last forever and never die.  Her music is always going to live on. 

Don’t tell me that her doing drugs is wiping out every magic moment that her music helped commemorate.

Don’t tell me that her drinking wiped away any love felt by couples dancing to I Will Always Love You

Don’t tell me that drug use negates the joy people feel from her songs.

Don’t tell me that her lifestyle cancels out the inspiration millions of people felt listening to her.

So she made some mistakes, but she was MUCH more than that.

RIP Whitney, we will always love you. <3

I AM SO FUCKING GLAD THAT GLEE IS COVERING HER THIS WEEK.  Legends need to be remembered and it’s only fitting.

RIP WHITNEY, you magnificent legend :(  Never be forgotten.

I find this news so incredibly sad. She really was a legend and she will be missed.
